SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking information to track your shipment via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Standard shipping of 7-10 business days.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Transcend Custom Designs has a NO REFUND policy. We do, however, want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your merchandise. Transcend Custom Designs will allow you to exchange items if still in new condition, unused and undamaged up to 14 days after your purchase. 

 

We apologize that your order did not meet your expectations. Email our customer service  department at info@transcendcustomdesigns.com to initiate an exchange. 

 

Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE.  

 

Transcend Custom Designs reserves the right to deny the exchange of any product.
